  • What Pharmacy are you using for your compounding?

Gold Star Pharmacy in Bryant, TX and Other FDA Approved Pharmacies that ship to other states

  • What is a Compounding Pharmacy?

Traditional pharmacies differ from compounding ones because they sell pre-made medications made by drug manufacturers. While there are big-chain pharmacies that offer compounding services, patients who want custom and affordable medications should consider compounding pharmacies.

Thanks to the internet, patients can easily find a compounding pharmacy. Online compounding pharmacies can create a customized dosage to your needs and deliver it to your door.

  • How many pounds will I loose on the injections?

Every one’s body responds to the medication differently so there is no standard number of pounds you will lose, however to maximize results, a healthier diet and more exercise is advised to see better results.

In addition, clinical trials lasting 56 to 68 weeks, non-diabetic participants with obesity or overweight who used GLP-1 medications alongside diet and exercise lost an average up to 15% of their body weight. Comparatively, those who only followed a diet and exercise plan achieved weight loss of 3.5% to 2.4%.

  • How is Compound Semaglutide and Tirzepatide Made?

Rehtse health works with compounding pharmacies that are licensed at the state level to create compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Compounding is regulated by both FDA and state boards of pharmacy. A licensed compounding pharmacy must comply with both federal and state laws, which include administrative requirements and quality standards.

Compounding pharmacies mix, combine, or alter ingredients found in prescription medications. Doctors recommend them for many reasons, such as if patients need a custom dosage. Because compounded medications don’t have to go through numerous trials, they’re cheaper and quicker to receive.

  • How much should I expect to pay?

Compounded Semaglutide  from Rehtse Health only costs $220 to $300 monthly, and compounded Tirzepatide cost $300 to $399 monthly depending on dosage and a monthly subscription fee of $100 till the end of program. There is also a consultation fee of $50 for a 30-minute initial call that will be applied to the 1st month’s prescription plan should the patient decide to start the program with our Professionals at Rehtse Health.  The Telehealth calls are included. We also offer 12 week packages which include diet plans, weekly check ins on how you are doing and many more incentives than the standard month to month programs. Whichever package you choose, we will work together to achieve your goal. Team work makes the dream work!!!!

  • What is the Difference between Compounded Semaglutide and Compounded Tirzepatide?

Semaglutide has shown significant weight loss in clinical trials.

    • Step 1 Trial: Participants taking 2.4 mg of semaglutide which is the highest dose weekly lost an average of 14.9% of their body weight over 68 weeks, compared to 2.4% for those on placebo.
    • Effectiveness: Effective in promoting substantial weight loss, with many patients losing 10% or more of their body weight.

Tirzepatide has shown more significant weight loss compared to semaglutide in some studies.

Patients taking the highest dose of tirzepatide (15 mg) lost an average of 21% of their body weight over 72 weeks, compared to 16% for those taking 1 mg of semaglutide.

Effectiveness: Tirzepatide demonstrates greater weight loss than semaglutide, with some patients achieving more than 20% weight loss

IN CONCLUSION: While both medications are effective for weight loss, compounded tirzepatide appears to offer greater weight loss compared to compounded semaglutide based on available clinical trial data. However, the choice between the two should be guided by individual patient needs, tolerance, side effect profiles, and the advice of our healthcare providers here at Rehtse Health.

Tirzepatide has many of the same gastrointestinal side effects as Semaglutide, but you should also take note of any allergic reactions. If you’re already taking Semaglutide, talk to your doctor before switching to Tirzepatide.

  • Why Choose a compounded GLP-1 medication such as Semglutide or Tirzepatide?

This provides opportunities for you to discuss any unique needs with your doctor and compounding pharmacist and have a medication that’s more customized to your needs.
